• This is an unbundled service. Our office does not handle the signing of the Operating Agreement -- only the drafting of the Operating  Agreement
• Solely purchasing this service does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Once a subsequent Representation Agreement (which you will receive instructions on after checking out) has been executed by both parties, then an attorney-client relationship will begin.
• If for some reason our office can not represent you at this time, you will be notified and refunded.
